Fashion Pop only offer refunds through PAYPAL or store credit as a refund if  item has any faults or defects. Store credit can be used until 12 months of original return ONLY if ALL items are returned with original tags, labels and no perfume, spray tan or make up are on clothing / items and no damage .

Only Fashion Pop's customer team can make decision regarding refunds and store credit, exchanges and returns must be at the buyers expense regarding postage. Fashion Pop WILL NOT give REFUNDS and STORE CREDIT on sale items or change of mind. These sales are final.

All items will be checked throughly by Fashion Pops customer care team and ready for dispatch up to 2 days after payment is received.

All decisions are final.

Please allow upto 7 days delivery in Australia and up to 3 weeks delivery overseas.
